Privacy Policy
Dockery Automations is currently in active development. This site collects information through one form only: the launch notification form on our homepage. We do not sell personal information.
Information we collect
When you submit the launch notification form, we collect:
- Your first name
- Your email address
- Your organization name, if you choose to provide it
- The date and time you gave consent
- The date and time of submission
- The page address the form was submitted from, and the referring website if one was present
We do not ask for a phone number, employee count, revenue figures, or details about your operations through this form.
How we use it
We use this information for one purpose: to contact you when Dockery Automations opens its first early-access experience. Submitting the form does not enroll you in an unrelated marketing sequence, and no product is sold through this form.
Legal basis and consent
We process this information based on the consent you give when submitting the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us at the address below.
Who processes this information
We use third-party service providers to operate this site and deliver email. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:
- Website hosting and content delivery
- Workflow automation, used to route form submissions
- Email delivery, used to send launch and early-access updates
- Website analytics, used in aggregate to understand how the page is used
How long we keep it
We keep launch notification records until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or until the pre-launch list is no longer in use, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You may unsubscribe from our emails at any time. To make a request, contact us using the address below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
If you are a California resident, applicable state privacy law gives you rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If analytics are enabled, they are used only to measure page views and interactions with the launch notification form in aggregate.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our data practices change, and we will revise the date at the top of this policy when we do.
